After 12 years in IT/Telecom/Education industries (LinkedIn, CV) as an engineer, analyst, community builder, university relations coordinator, educator, writer, and social entrepreneur I’ve started to live a simple life in the countryside researching and practising approaches to ecology, self-sufficiency, and zero-waste. I've been a volunteer at Global Ecovillage Network Russia for two years. My notes on this research are at Medium’s ‘Country Side Settlers’. Since the beginning of 2022, I have moved to the Balkans, where I live as an agro-nomad and researcher.
I also write a blog about education and business ecosystems since 2005. I’m a co-founder at Mathlingvo initiative — a community for computational linguistics in Russia, apartment project ‘HomeWork’ one of the first coworkings/colivings and education hubs in Russia (2011) and Game|Changers program (2010-214) — the ad-hoc environment for bright students to learn and acquire ‘can do’ skills and attitude doing real-world projects (e.g. starting courses and events like AINL - Artificial Intelligence and Natural Language Conference).
